Alysha graduated from Argosy University in 2008 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Since then, she has spent time working with numerous local veterinarians in MN and with the Animal Humane Society. Alysha on occasion volunteers her skills with international spay and neuter efforts in the Caribbean to locals in need. Alysha currently competes with her four dogs in the various dog sports of Flyball, Agility, Dock Diving, Lure Coursing and Barn Hunt. Alysha also owns Preferred Pet Sitter, a premier dog walking and pet sitting company based in Savage. In 2022 she earned her Canine Massage Certification from Armstrong Equine Massage and her certification in Kinesiology Taping and Animal Reiki with Angel's Animals Holistic Animal Studies.
